Living here has been such a great experience, especially with how close everything is. Being near UMC and downtown is hard to beat, and it makes getting around incredibly convenient.
I’ve also been spending more time at the outdoor kitchen, it’s kind of become my weekend routine to grill while enjoying the city view. The lofts themselves have a lot of character with the exposed concrete, but they still feel modern and well-designed.
Another unexpected perk is being within walking distance of Caesars Superdome, I’ve even been able to sell my parking spot on game days for some extra cash.

I’ve lived in multiple different apartments around New Orleans and this is the first one where moving out never crosses my mind. The location is just too convenient, I walk to dinner, walk to the Caesars Superdome on game days, walk to Rouses for groceries. During my renewal, Jo actually flagged a better rate I hadn’t noticed, which was a nice surprise from someone on the staff. My cat is comfortable here too since the building is genuinely pet friendly and not just listing it as a feature. The saltwater rooftop pool and the sundeck are where most of my weekends go. It’s a beautiful spot to just sit and let the afternoon disappear.

Perfect location in the CBD. I walk to work every day and it’s just a few blocks to the Superdome for Saints games. The staff here really makes the difference, Jason at the front desk always has my packages ready and keeps everyone updated on building events. Luxury finishes throughout my apartment and the whole building feels well-maintained.

One of the things that stood out to me right away was how pet friendly this place is. I brought my cat with me and was initially concerned about what the experience would be like, but those worries disappeared quickly. They even host pet-related events, which shows they genuinely welcome pets. Another big advantage is the location, access to I-10 is only a few blocks away, making it convenient to get anywhere in the metro area when you need to drive. Jo took care of my renewal last month, and it was the smoothest lease process I’ve had anywhere.

I needed to find an apartment quickly because I was transferring hospitals to UMC, and Ashley made everything go smoothly from day one. She walked me through the leasing process, kept things simple, and got me into my apartment in under a week without any of the usual hassle or paperwork headaches.
The place itself is solid. The concrete floors, big windows, and open layout give it that loft energy I didn’t know I wanted. I’m really happy with how everything worked out.

The best decision I made was choosing this building. Close to UMC where I work so my commute is basically nothing. The staff is incredibly helpful, Jason organizes these fun happy hours for residents and always greets everyone with a smile. My one-bedroom loft has everything I need and the building amenities are top-notch.

One of the biggest things I was looking for in an apartment was a space where I could comfortably work from home every day. I didn’t want something that felt cramped or boxed in, and this place ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The loft-style layout, polished concrete floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and gigabit fiber already wired in checked every box. Ashley helped me find the right floor plan for my budget without pushing me toward something pricier.
Most mornings, I take my laptop to the sky lobby on nine. The free Wi-Fi, free coffee, and views of downtown New Orleans make it a great place to get some work done. I also like how the entire amenity floor is laid out courtyard-style, so you naturally cross paths with other residents throughout the day. It gives the building a more social feel and keeps it from feeling lonely the way some high-rises can.

Moving here from Mid-City really made me notice the difference right away. The place has that cool warehouse-style vibe with loft ceilings and polished concrete floors, but it still feels upscale and comfortable at the same time. My husky finally has plenty of room to move around, which I love, and their pet-friendly policy even welcomes all breeds. Another big plus is how convenient the location is, it’s within walking distance to pretty much everything in the CBD.

The views from the 21st floor are something I’ll never get used to, in a good way. Watching Mardi Gras parades roll down Poydras from my own window is a beautiful thing. The building has this New Orleans communal energy to it, probably because all the common areas sit together on the ninth floor so you naturally run into people. There’s even a movie screening setup in the sky lobby. The helpful staff, the on-site everything, Legacy Park a short walk away for fresh air, it all just works together.

What really stands out here is how much thought went into the details. From the custom kitchen cabinets to the Energy Star appliances and gigabit internet already set up, everything feels designed for convenience and comfort.
My apartment overlooks the CBD skyline, and I still catch myself pausing to take it in. Another big plus is the parking, having the garage entrance right off Poydras makes getting in and out super easy, without having to navigate side streets.

Lived in three different CBD apartments before this – 930 Poydras is different level. The beautiful sky lobby is basically a free coworking space with wifi. My two cats love the concrete windowsills for napping. Convenient to French Quarter but far enough away to avoid the chaos. The parking alone makes it worth it but you also get an actual luxury apartment.

I toured a lot of places in the CBD before signing here. Ashley showed me around and was upfront about everything, no pressure, just let the apartment speak for itself and it did. The floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the space with light, the kitchen cabinetry felt custom, and the Energy Star appliances were a nice practical touch. Having gigabit fiber already wired in sealed it for me since I work remotely. Six months in and this still feels like the right call.

Jason at the front desk deserves a shoutout. He stays on top of packages, building notices, and always knows when the next resident happy hour is happening. Little things like that add up and make the building feel like a community, not just a place to sleep. The outdoor kitchen by the pool is perfect for hosting, grilled shrimp and a sunset view over downtown? Hard to top.

What really caught my attention right away was the rooftop pool with a view overlooking NOLA. The floor-to-ceiling windows also make my 1-bedroom feel way bigger than it actually is. Living close to UMC has been a huge plus too, my commute is only about a 20ish-minute walk. And honestly, the coffee bar in the sky lobby has probably saved me hundreds that I would’ve spent at Starbucks.

The sundeck and pool situation here is better than some hotels I’ve stayed at. My apartment has those huge windows that make even cloudy days bright. Helpful staff aside, the building just works – package room, bike storage, solid internet. New Orleans living without dealing with old house problems.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and it is the first great experience I’ve had with an apartment. It is a very fair price for the location, but what left me to leave the review today is after having my washer broken today the team quickly came to look at it, and after realizing I needed a new one I was given access to an empty apartment unit to use the washer, and they are delivering a new washer just after the weekend! I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here and as a single young woman I feel very safe and would recommend. 🙂 Staff is very friendly, kind, and prompt, and this is the first apartment I wouldn’t consider scammy!! Love it and would live here longer if I didn’t have to move for grad school.

Living here two years and the convenience factor never gets old. Gym downstairs means no excuses, pool upstairs means weekend staycations. The loft style with 10-foot ceilings makes my work-from-home setup feel less cramped. Pet friendly doesn’t just mean they tolerate your dog, there’s actual space for them.

The loft aesthetic here is unmatched. Polished concrete floors, exposed ceilings, custom kitchen cabinets – it all works together perfectly. Having the French Quarter within walking distance but not dealing with French Quarter chaos? Priceless.

Stayed here for 2 years. Very well maintained building and great views of the city. Free coffee on weekday mornings. Loading dock is connected to every floor, which is very convenient for moving in and out. The management team is quick with response and very kind.

Long time resident that just signed my FIFTH lease (wow, time flies). One of my main reasons for initially moving in was the dog-friendliness of 930. There are no breed or weight restrictions on dogs, so plenty of animal lovers reside there.
The space is very open and modern, highlighted by the views of the sky lobby. Due to the nature of the architecture of the building, tenants are able to interact often leading to unexpected friendships.
I work downtown and enjoy 930’s proximity to work, the Superdome, restaurants, and the French Quarter. The common areas are always super clean, and the staff is very friendly. Have definitely enjoyed my time and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the things I’ve outlined.

My wife and I live in Mississippi, but have seasons tickets for the Saints. We decided to get an apartment to make the trip easier, so we wouldn’t have to fool with hotels every time we visited NOLA. Don’t think we could have found a location more convenient to downtown and the Superdome. Rent is reasonable, onsite parking is available, and moving in was so easy. Nice, modern apartment layouts. Comfortable common areas. Everything is SPOTLESS! Easy walk to grocery/drugstore. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Pet friendly. Nice rooftop pool. Just an all around comfortable place to live. The icing on the cake is that everyone who works at 930 Poydras has been nothing but nice, helpful and friendly. Just good people!! There is always someone at reception, ready with a hello, welcome back. Can recommend 930 Poydras with no reservations.

I lived at 930 Poydras for a year and had an awesome experience there.
Management is great to work with from start to finish. I mostly dealt with Lauren and Ashley during my stay there. They always replied promptly to e-mails and phone calls and were very efficient and organized.
The building itself is located in downtown New Orleans. Close to a number of restaurants and the Superdome. Poydras St is more of a commercial/business street which is good as there is not as much noise and craziness. There is plenty of that available just a few blocks over in the French Quarter of course.
The area around the building is currently experiencing a lot of development which is great. There is a Jamba Juice and Johnny Sanchez and Reginelli’s on the ground floor of the building. There is also a brunch place and grocery store and CVS all within walking distance. Location is amazing for sure.
Parking is an extra fee but the garage is located in the building. Makes it convenient day to day.

The building’s cladding was used in the filming of the movie Loft (2014)

930 Poydras is a great place to call home. It is conveniently located in the middle of all the action that NOLA has to offer. If you are a fan of modern layouts and finishes, you will definitely find this place totally up your alley. There are shiny concrete floors and modern kitchens that add character to the place. All the amenities are high quality too. The sunny deck and the saltwater pool is quite a crowd puller. For me, the state-of-the-art lounge area was the total winner!
A word about the maintenance staff — super efficient and courteous. I have only had pleasant interactions with the team whenever it came to any service calls. I also loved the front desk folks. They genuinely care about you and it isnt just about getting you signed up for a lease.
Do go over to 930 Poydras and take a tour, if you are scouting around for a place to call your home.
